The village of Ravne is located at the Kobla Ski Centre, namely between the first and second chairlift stations. The Dr Janez Mencinger alpine hut is located in close vicinity of the village, and you can reach it by your car. It is a nice viewing point, because it offers a great view of the Julian Alps, the Lower Bohinj Valley and the lake. Cycling trails are arranged in close vicinity of the village. By climbing Možic in Soriška planina, you will find the remains of the Alpine wall, built by the Italians to fortify the Rapallo border.
